The Sarvodaya Shramadana Movement is the largest community development organisation in Sri Lanka. We have a proud history, dating back to our founder Dr. A.T. Ariyaratne. We have promoted and secured community and rural development for several decades and we are proud of our achievements especially our ability to spearhead a successful rural economic programme which is based on microfinance and entrepreneurship.
