01. Lodge the complaint to the Branch Manager or Senior officer of the branch.

If you have any complaint related to our branch service, you can always inform the Branch Manager of the Branch.

If you are still unsatisfied about the service provided by the respective Branch Manager, you can contact our customer care executive for any further inquiries.
